During the initial contact, we consult with our clients to find out their requirements and propose a product portfolio that best suits their needs. We then send a quotation for the inquiry.
We deliver the products directly to the customers within the week of receiving a purchase order. If any of the products are not available in our store, we order it from one of our approved vendors or suppliers who then ship them within 30 working days.
We coordinate the whole logistical process from shipment coordination to freight consolidation.
Once the goods have been shipped, we take care of the all custom procedures and duty payments. The products are then delivered directly to the customer.
Our dedicated sales team will support the customers if help is needed with any products purchased. We also undertake repairs of electric products under the warranty period.
